Our certified organic coconut flour consists of the fibre obtained from the coconut meat after most of the oil has been extracted to make Coconut Oil. This flour is unsweetened. Tapioca Starch
Tapioca is the starch of cassava, a tropical tuber originally from Brazil and now cultivated in Africa and Southeast Asia. Tapioca starch has a lightly sweet taste, is rich in starch and is an excellent thickener for your favorite meals and sauces. An essential ingredient in many bread recipes. You can try it as an alternative to corn starch!

Sorghum Flour
Widely used in gluten free cooking, especially in pastry. This flour gives better results when blended with other flours or starches such as tapioca starch. It is recom- mended to add slightly more oil or fat and eggs to recipes prepared with sorghum blends to improve moisture content and texture. Apple cider vinegar can also improve the volume of baked doughs made with sorghum flour blends.

Quinoa Flour
